 The purpose of this Association is to initiate and maintain positive, action-oriented leadership. The Association shall utilize resources of the community to productively address various challenges of economic opportunity, education, community image, political climate, and human needs.  

• Flagship Program - Two-years for business professionals in the Pocatello-Chubbuck Community
• Projects - Each Diplomat class organizes and completes a community enrichment project
• LEAP - Youth Leadership Program for local high school students
• Elevate Leadership Summit - One-day professional leadership conference. Proceeds benefit the LEAP program
