About the Program

 Each year, Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck accepts around 30 southeast Idaho professionals into its flagship Leadership program. This two year program is designed to help area leaders grow professionally and better engage with the community.  

 In year one, Leadership students spend one day per month learning and honing their Leadership abilities and visiting with Chamber businesses in the area to learn more about what the community has to offer.

In year two, the "Diplomat" year, students serve on a committee and earn points toward graduation by participating in community events, on boards, and by volunteering.​

The two-year flagship program tuition is $1,250.  

An early-bird discount is available for those who apply by May 31st of the year they are joining. The early-bird price is $1050.
